To mark three years since the UK-EU Trade and Cooperation Agreement came into effect, UK in a Changing Europe are bringing together an expert panel to take stock of the state of the relationship. How far have Rishi Sunak and the Windsor Framework improved the ‘mood music’, and what have been the consequences of this? How could the relationship change in the years ahead, as the two sides face up to new global challenges including Ukraine, AI and Net Zero transition?
