| Dear Member,
I am writing to invite you to attend the Annual General Meeting of the European Movement in Scotland. It will take place on Saturday 10 December 2022, at 1400.
This year, we are holding it in ‘hybrid’ form – you can attend either in person, in the meeting rooms at the Quaker Meeting House (7 Victoria Terrace, Edinburgh, EH1 2JL) or online by Zoom.
***Register to attend the meeting (whether in person or online)***
If you are attending in person, the rooms will be open from 1330. Tea and coffee will be available at that time, and if you wish to bring in your own lunch also, there will be facilities to do so, and you will have a good opportunity to meet and mix with other members at that time.
The AGM is an important event in our calendar. It is of course your democratic opportunity as one of our members to elect and choose those who will lead our organisation for the next year.
It will also be a chance to discuss and have an input into our plans for activity and campaigning in the next twelve months. And it is also, of course, a chance to meet other members and other like-minded pro-Europeans! We do hope you will be able to join us.
