Annual Dinner

The European Movement in Scotland (EMiS) annual dinner will be held in Edinburgh on Saturday 1st November 2025, with former Belgian prime minister and former senior MEP Guy Verhofstadt as our keynote speaker. Also joining us is Leena Linnus, the newly appointed head of the European Parliament’s office in London.

The Dinner will be preceded by a Prosecco Drinks Reception and a limited amount of wine/refreshments is included in the ticket price. Dinner places for members are £65 each (£85 for non-members) with a special discount for young members (under 35 years of age) who can attend for £50. Dress code is smart casual.

We will also announce the winner of the second Scottish European of the Year award (members can send in nominees until 8 October), and the names of those whose work we have decided to honour through Honorary Life Membership.
